Woodrow Taylor Obituary

TARBORO - Woodrow Wilson Taylor, 60, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2005. Funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Carlisle Funeral Home with the Rev. Sammy Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Edgecombe Memorial Park. Mr. Taylor was survived by his wife of 44 years, Carolyn Harrington Taylor; daughter, Janie Palmer of Tarboro; sons, Woodrow Wilson Taylor Jr., William Howard Taylor, James Allen Taylor and Michael Ray Taylor, all Tarboro; mother. Madge P. Taylor of Bethel; sisters, Ann Stroud and Olivia Taylor, both of Bethel, Kathy Taylor of Sidney, Australia; brothers, Robert Taylor of Tarboro, William Wayne Taylor of Bethel; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
