A funeral service is planned for 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, at Turnbull Funeral Home in Oquawka. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019, at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Oquawka Cemetery. Memorials are being established for the Henderson County Humane Society, Western Illinois Animal Rescue, or the James Porter Family.
