UNDARI, ELIZABETH “BETTY” Elizabeth “Betty” Undari, 82, of 777 Main Street, Torrington, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the wife of the late Antonio “Adolf” Undari. Born on September 29, 1932, in Torrington, daughter of the late Herman and Anna (Truskauskas) Weingart, she was a graduate of Litchfield High School, Class of 1950. She was an avid reader, enjoying a variety of books. She is survived by three sons, David Undari of Canaan, Robert Undari and his wife Sherri and grandson Robert Undari, Jr., of Torrington, Thomas Undari of Torrington; a brother, Herman Weingart of Torrington; a sister, Diane Brodeur of Ohio; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Alfio and Margaret Undari of South Carolina, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Barbara Anderson. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
