Joyce Weber, the most quick witted and intelligent friend I knew. To know her and understand her accomplishments somehow made me want to be her at times. We fondly remember her for love of family, past fun and the humor in life. To Bill, Matt and Allie, much love, and we know how you will miss her! We are heartbroken too.

May God bless dear gf, Joyce

We were happy the day you and Joyce moved across the street from us (at least no more pigs running down Shingle Mill). Then we were blessed to become friends. Joyce always called me "girlfriend" and I in turn called her "nurse". She was always there to dispense TLC to the kids on the street when a mishap occured. Know that you, Matt & Allie are in our thoughts and prayers and we have fond mememories.
