Steven Herzberg Obituary
August 15, 1961 - June 8, 2025
It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Steven Robert Herzberg of Toms Brook, VA on June 8, 2025, surrounded by close friends and family.
Steven was born on August 15, 1961, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, CT, to Joan Louise and Robert Emil Herzberg. He attended Torrington public schools and Oliver Wolcott Technical High School.
He is survived by his best friend and partner, Pamela Emmons, his son Benjamin Herzberg, daughter-in-law, Kaitlyn Herzberg, stepdaughter Alison Keane, and stepdaughter-in-law, Jessica Salvatore; his sister Linda Cass and her husband Richard Cass and their two children of Sudbury, MA; his brother Michael Herzberg and wife Tina Herzberg and their three children of Moore, SC. He was also joyfully anticipating the arrival of two grandsons this fall. Steven's sister Arlene Herzberg and his parents predeceased him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to your favorite charity as a lasting tribute to Steven's memory.

As Pamela Emmons´ mother, I had the privilege of knowing Steve. I am most grateful for the joy he brought to her, and the love that they shared. I miss him very much.
