Alice was so many things to me. She was my boss and friend and teacher. I learned so much from her sharp brain. But mostly, Alice made be a better person. I am who I am today because of her guidance and input. She was a very giving woman, That had a love for her family that you had to admire. I miss her every day and hate that i didn't get the opportunity to say goodbye. You will always remain in my heart. I will forever be thankful for all you did for me.

Alice Plymell was an incredible person that I met in the early '80's and I have known ever since. She had the will to overcome her disabilities without complaint. I met her as she was an investor in the Mr. Steak restaurant that I helped manage. With cane in hand, she volunteered her time working the cash register and seating guests with slow motion perserverence. She was a presence of wisdom for me.
My parents trusted her with their legal estate matters and I also found her as a legal counsel. She bailed me out of several worrisome situations. I always enjoyed dropping in to visit her at her office in the Medicare Arts Building in Eugene. She was always very inviting and fun to talk to.
I have been fortunate to know Ms. Plymell. I will miss her.

About this time last year, I met Alice when I was referred to her to list a rental house she owned. It started out rather rocky due the tenants, who left without notice, leaving piles of junk behind. As we dealt with the issues, Allice would ask questions, analyze and decide. I enjoyed talking with her, admired her tremendously, and was happy we were able to sell the house quickly despite bumps along the road. My condolences to Alice's family whose pictures were lovingly placed through out her office.

I shared an office building with Alice for many years. There wasn’t a day I didn’t see her smile, even when it was an obviously rough day. Her kindness radiated off her, and although I didn’t know her well, I think of her fondly. My sincere condolences for this great loss.
