I am trying to connect with Kitty, 541-554-4938. Remembering Johns pensive, but sweet smile.

I remember when you were young running around your house on Onyx having water fights with Kitty and your dear Mother. I was always so envious of the fun you all had--and remember your Dad just shaking his head. I secretly had a crush on you, even though Kitty and I were best friends and you were a few years younger. You were so full of life and so cute. I am sorry you have been taken away so early in your life, I know you will be greatly missed by your family and dear friends. Peace to you John. God bless your family, Norma (Umphers) Barbisan

I'm an old high school mate of John's. Looking at these photos, I can still see the 17-year-old kid, full of life and mischief he was back then. That's how I'll remember him. My condolences to his family. Rock on, John!

Thou we haven't kept in touch these late years, we have some good memories of the "old days". Over the years whenever we ran into each other, it was always nice to visit.
Rest in Peace old friend,

RIP John Doscher a good friend and mentor. He founded Oregon Event Enterprises OEE and retired a couple years ago, sold the company to me. I loved hearing his life stories again and again and again. John's anecdotes from several decades of event security had so many lessons. His former employees are everywhere now from happy old hippies, to Judges, Lawyers and Police. I always strive to keep the company he started something we can both be proud of. John Doscher did a lot for event security in Oregon and a lot for our community. He was a hell of a guy and will be missed by all who knew him.

John was an old school gentleman, among many other fine attributes. He was particularly kind to my two granddaughters, and gladly shared time with his precious, playful dog with them. He will be severely missed by all who knew him in the security industry.
