Larry Blanco Obituary
Lawrence E. Blanco passed away July 27, 2016 at the age of 61. He was born November 22, 1954 in Wichita, Kansas to Peter and Arlene Blanco.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years. He was a cement finisher and enjoyed working hard. He married Roxanne Buck on August 27, 2012 in Eugene, Oregon. He loved sports and enjoyed working in the yard.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Blanco who passed away on July 5, 2004 and his son, Robert John Blanco who passed away on March 24, 2004.
He is survived by his wife Roxanne of Springfield, Oregon, Mother Arlene Blanco of Springfield, son Anthony Blanco of Bakersfield, California, daughter's Ramona Blanco of Florida, Monica Fitzgerald of Bakersfield, California, step daughter Brianna Neighbors of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, step son Jason Padilla of Springfield, Missouri, Brother's Anthony Blanco of Yelm, Washington, David Blanco of Sweet Home, Oregon, Peter Blanco of California,Tim Lovette of Vida, Oregon, Matt Lovette of Springfield, Oregon, sister Jennifer Blanco of California, Grandson who he raised, Jacob Buck of Springfield, Oregon and 5 other grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
A Memorial Service will be Monday August 1, 2016 at 10:00am at Springfield Memorial Funeral Home.
