Richard Kelsey Obituary
August 10, 1937 - January 3, 2021
Passed away at age 83. He was born in Waukesha, WI. He served in the Marine Corp in the 1950s. He was the oldest of five children.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Ann Kelsey, son-in-law Wilbur, grandson Wade.
Dick is survived by his present wife, Marlis Kelsey, stepdaughter Kathy, stepson Rick (Rogene), stepdaughter Bonnie, stepdaughter Rosemary (Steve), son Doug (Terry), daughter Sharie (Mel), 13 Grandchildren and 22 Great-Grandchildren.
Dick graduated from Waukesha High School. He worked at Georgia-Pacific for over 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 83, Shadow Hills Country Club, and the NW Steelheaders .
He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, bowling, crosswords, the Green Bay Packers, watching Jeopardy, and his dogs (Louie 1 & 2) .
The family is hoping to have a memorial service this summer. Time and place to be announced.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Rest In Peace Dad. You will be greatly missed, we love you! Thank you for teaching me multiple activities in the great outdoors of Oregon and beyond. They have been a passion of mine my whole life, and are carrying them on to my own child.
