Sallie Swanson Obituary
She married Richard Swanson in 1956 in Klamath and they moved to Eugene. They later divorced. She raised and nurtured her four children and many other youngsters in the Harlow Road/Garden Way neighborhoods. Sallie instilled her love of Country music to her family. She worked in medical billings and collections. She married Keith Detloff who died in 2007.
Sallie is survived by her children Jeff, his wife Cindy of Bend, Mark, Susan and her husband Brian Kraal, Nick and his wife Tracie all of Springfield, and former daughter-in-law Karen Drummond, grandchildren Eric and Martin Kraal, Hailey and Cami Swanson, Shalayna and Chena Swanson.
A Celebration of Sallie's Life is planned for Saturday, July 18 at her home, from noon until four.
