Thomas "Evertt" Gentry

Thomas "Evertt" Keith Gentry passed away on May 18, 2015 in Veneta, Oregon at the age of 11 due to natural causes. He was born on January 10, 2004 to Katie Gentry in Eugene, Oregon. Evertt enjoyed music, listening to "Sponge Bob", spending time with family members, especially holding his sister's hand.

Evertt is survived by his parents, Katie Gentry and Todd Green, sister, Emma Green, Uncle Beau Gentry, grandparents, Sue and Tom (Kim) Gentry, Albert and Barb Nelson, great-grandma, Florence Parrish, and great-uncle, Dan Parrish.
