EATON — James Paul White, 89, of Eaton, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery.
He was born Sept. 14, 1932, in Station Camp, Kentucky, to the late James and Julia May "Susie" White. Jim loved to fish with his wife Mary and spending time with his family whom he dearly loved. Jim retired from Parker-Hannifin in Eaton; and also enjoyed farming and building homes.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Edna (Back) White in 2016; brothers Donald and Dick White; and sisters Isabelle Baugh, Christine Traylor and Ethel Traylor and infant sister Vivienne White.
He is survived by his children: Rosemary (Charlie) Buckingham, Doug (Edie) White, Marie White, Katherine White, Pauline White, Debbie Bland and Darlene Gilbert; stepchildren Clinnie Stevenson, Reva Housewright, Homer David (Sharon) Stevenson and son Scott (Ami) Stevenson; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton. (Due to construction please use the West Side or Park Avenue entrance.)
