MIDDLETOWN — Rev. Dr. Kenneth Galdeen, 87, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Toledo, to the late Homer C. And Elsie M. (Jenkins) Galdeen. He was a former pastor at nine churches throughout Ohio for 47 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and 32nd Degree Scottish Rite.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Peggy Irwin Galdeen.
He is survived by his wife Donna Galdeen of Middletown; children Thomas W. (Beth) Galdeen, Pamela (Craig) Cramer, Kenneth F. (Mary) Galdeen, Jeania M. (Robert) Williams; aunt Arlene Haefling; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, Oct. 2, from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3 p.m. at Germantown United Methodist Church, 525 Farmersville Pike with Pastor Gary Wheeler officiating. Interment will be private at Butler Memorial Park in Hamilton. Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
