Myron Shock Obituary

EATON — Myron Orville Shock, 81, of Eaton, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at his residence.

He was born on April 13, 1941, in Eaton, to the late Orville Henry and Mary Irena (Miller) Shock. Myron retired from Rodefeld's Auto Parts with over 30 years of employment. He enjoyed playing his guitar; loved to ride his motorcycle; and flew airplanes.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Marigene Sinks.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara Shock of Eaton; sons Brent (Jennifer) Shock of South Lebanon, Brett (Amanda) Shock of Eaton, C.J. Shock of Eaton and Justin (Ashley) Shock of Huber Heights; daughters Kimberly Reeves of Eaton and Kristine Reeves of Eaton; sons Blaine Reeves of Dayton and Dale Reeves of Eaton; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Monroe Cemetery in Eldorado. Gard Funeral Home, Eaton is assisting with arrangements. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
