PHYLLIS HARTFORD Phyllis Hartford, 88, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025. She was born January 9, 1937 in East Enterprise, Indiana, daughter of the late Wilbur and Theora Frances (Rector) Niccum. Phyllis was a member of the Bright Christian Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her flowers. She was a Rising Sun High School graduate and was the Drum Majorette. She had a great sense of humor and always made everyone laugh. She was part of the PTA and taught Sunday school. Family meant everything to Phyllis and she loved to bake cookies with her grandchildren....especially her chocolate chip cookies. She will be missed by everyone that knew her. She worked as an LPN at Dearborn County Hospital and Mercy West. She was also a realtor at Fehrman Realty. She is survived by her husband, Frank "Tony" Hartford of Lawrenceburg, IN; son, Richard (Cassie) Guillon of Guilford, IN; daughter, Deborah (George) Apostol of Lawrenceburg, IN; step-son, Bryan (Anna Marie) Hartford of Lawrenceburg, IN; 2 step-daughters, Pamela Hartford of Aurora, IN, Toni (James) Cash of Greendale, IN; one brother, Terry Niccum of Rising Sun, IN; one sister, Jean (Russell) Robinson of Rising Sun, IN; 9 grandchildren, Ricky (Courtney) Guillon, Ryan (Jenny) Guillon, Rachel Guillon, Ashley (Curt) Dugle, Nicholas (Amanda) Apostol, Alexandria (Jacob) Dobson, Paige Hartford, Allison Hartford, Matthew Hartford; and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Theora Frances Niccum; son, Bill Guillon;and a sister in law, Debra Niccum. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 11 am to 1 pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 1 pm, with Pastor Jeff Stone officiating.
