A man of many interests, Andy found joy in woodworking, reading, and sharing his deep knowledge of history, geography, and trivia. He was known for his generosity, sharp intellect, and love of dogs. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his beloved wife Betty, Andy leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through his family: two sons, Andrew R. Topazio and his wife Gioia of Oceanport, NJ and Steven J.
