Barbara LoRusso Obituary

Barbara Lynnia (Papas) LoRusso
Barbara Lynnia (Papas) LoRusso, 84, passed away on June 19, 2025.
She was born January 26, 1941, to Steve Papas and Pearl Zussman, residing in New York. Barbara worked as an executive secretary during her working career. She graduated from George Washington High School New York City in June 1958. She resided in Southbury, Connecticut, for the past 25 years. In September 2008, she married Nicholas Daniel LoRusso also of Heritage Village Southbury, Connecticut. Barbara, Nick and their beloved Yorkshire terrier, Bella, experienced 17 years of love and affection. Barbara loved the Southbury area and Heritage Village. Dining at the Brookside Restaurant or The Blue Colony Diner were a favorite of hers. Barbara was loved and avidly cared for by Nicholas and his family, during her long struggle with MS. She will be missed by all of us who loved her and were at her side, always.
