Kathleen Cassetta Obituary
Waterbury - Kathleen A. Cassetta, 67, passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital. She was the wife of the late Antonio Cassetta.
Mrs. Cassetta was born, September 16, 1958, in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Albert and Beatrice (Normandin) Jarceau. Along with her husband, she owned and operated Cassetta Transportation Services.
She is survived by her sister Elaine Scully and her husband Pat; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and her parents, she is predeceased by her brother Kenneth Jarceau.
Arrangements – Funeral services and committal will be held at the convenience of the family at All Saints Cemetery Waterbury and there are no calling hours. The Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Naugatuck Ecumenical Food Bank Inc., 75 Spring St., Naugatuck, CT 06770. My deepest condolences to all who had the joy of knowing and loving Kathy.
She radiated energy, warmth, and laughter-always kind, always sweet.
I was blessed to call her my neighbor, and even more fortunate to become her lifelong friend.
May she rest peacefully.
