TORRINGTON - Richard H. Bartley, 80, husband of Sallie and father of Susan, passed away on April 7, 2025.
Services will be held at Thurston Rowe Funeral Home, 283 Torrington Road, Litchfield, on April 15, 2025. Calling hours will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m., with a brief memorial service to follow from 5:00-5:30 p.m.
