I met Richard Carpino back in 1984, my first state job. We worked for the Bureau of Health Promotion Division (Environmental Health Services) for the State Department of Health Services. He was always such a kind man and whenever a party was thrown - he was, by far, the best dancer in our division. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
