The world was a brighter place with Charlie in it!
I had the privilege of working and getting to know Charlie at Walt Clark M.S. He was a bright, kind, funny and engaging young man. He was one of those kids that everyone liked! I know Charlie will be greatly missed by everyone who's life he touched.
