Kenneth Mosness Obituary

Kenneth Mosness of Carr, CO passed away on January 30, 2013. Ken was born March 2, 1924 in Butte, MT to Ole and Edith (Andersen) Mosness, grew up on a ranch in Big Timber and moved to Colorado in 1962. In 1992, he married Sharon Neubauer. Ken worked in construction his whole life, retiring after 30 years with the Larimer County Road and Bridge Division. Ken was preceded in death by his parents and 11 siblings. He is survived by his wife, Sharon;6 children, Marvin, Alvin, Dusty, Heath, Adrian and Tammy; 4 step-children, Brenda, Greg, Jackie and Brian; 2 brothers; 1 sister; and a combined 30 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 6th at the Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S Hwy 287, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (970-667-0202). Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., followed by funeral services at 1:00. Interment will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens. A reception will follow at the Resthaven Reception Center. Memorial contributions can be made to Sharon Mosness in care of Resthaven Funeral Home. Family and friends may view the online obituary and sign the guestbook at www.resthavencolorado.com.
