Steven Christopher "Chris" Hagerman, age 32, of Roscoe passed away at his home Sunday, December 10, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM. Friday, December 15, 2017 at Roscoe Church of Christ with Dan Boren officiating. Interment will follow at Roscoe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00PM until 7:00PM on Thursday, at McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater.

Chris was born April 25, 1985 in Abilene, Texas. He is a graduate of Roscoe High School, member of the Roscoe Church of Christ, lived in Roscoe all of his life, loved to listen to music and play his drums. He also loved to be on the Roscoe Plowboys sidelines standing with the coaches on game nights. Chris attended the Lions World School for the Blind in Little Rock, Arkansas where he obtained his small engine repair certification. He was the owner operator of Hagerman NAPA Auto Parts Store in Roscoe.

He is survived by his parents; Pat and Steve Hagerman of Roscoe, sister; Stephanie Sanders of Huntsville, Texas, brother; Kyle Hagerman of Roscoe, his maternal grandmother; Elnor Freeman of Roscoe and niece and nephew Chloe and Carson Sanders of Huntsville, Texas. He is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Chris is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather; Jerland Freeman, paternal grandparents; Lucille and Verlin Paul Hagerman, aunts; Terri Teltschik and DaNetta Hagerman, uncles; Freddy Freeman and Larry Hagerman.
