Coleman

Jacob Kyle Cantu, age 23, of Coleman died Wednesday, August 26th, from injuries received in an auto accident near Big Spring.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday, at the First Baptist Church in Coleman with Brother John Stanislaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm at Allcorn Funeral Home.

He was born September 24, 1991, in Brownwood, the son of Jesse and Tonya Cantu. He attended schools in Coleman, graduating in 2010. He was active in sports while in school. He was employed as a driller, working in West Texas with Integrity Services. He had lived all of his life in Coleman and will be remembered as a good father and loving his family.

He is survived by his spouse, Raley Rice of Coleman. A Daughter, Brooklyn Cantu of Coleman. His Father, Jesse Cantu, Sr. of Coleman. His Mother, Tonya Cantu of Brownwood. 2 Brothers, Jesse Cantu, Jr. of San Angelo and Michael Cantu of Coleman. A Sister, Kayle Cantu of Coleman. His grandfather, Martin Cantu of Coleman. Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tom Keeney, grandmother, Connie Cantu, and his great grandmother, Carrie Keeney.
