James Merrell Obituary
Munday, TX
James Merrell of Munday, TX passed away in his home, June 5, 2015. James was born June 29, 1945 to Alvin "Dude" and Vivian Merrell in Memphis, TX. He graduated from Estelline High School in 1963.
James was employed by WTU for 35 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Munday.
James left so many precious memories and will be greatly missed.
James is survived by his wife, Nancy Merrell, of Munday. His children, Dave Merrell and wife Angie of Graham,TX; Debbie Maulding and husband, Davis of Colorado City, CO. He also leaves behind five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 7-8PM, Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the funeral home in Munday. Funeral services will be held at 10AM, Monday, June 8, 2015 in the Church of Christ in Munday. Interment will follow in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of McCauley-Smith Funeral Home.
