Keith Shahan Obituary
Coleman, TX
Keith Shahan, age 57, of Burlington, Oklahoma, died Saturday, August 29, 2015 in Oklahoma. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2015 in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brad Slaten, pastor of First United Methodist Church in Coleman, officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
Keith was born January 19, 1958 in Marlow, Oklahoma, a son of the late Jack and Joyce Shahan. He grew up in Medicine Lodge, Kansas where he attended school, until moving to Eunice, New Mexico while in high school. On October 1, 1977 he married Sue Zann Graves in Eunice, New Mexico and she preceded him in death on June 28, 2015. He was an oil production foreman for Chesapeake Oil Company. He was Methodist.
Survivors include one son, Lance Shahan of Burlington, Oklahoma; one brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Terrie Shahan of Coleman; one sister and brother-in-law, Denise and Mike Mohar of Albuquerque, New Mexico; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until service time Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 West Pecan, Coleman, Texas.
