Louis Tindall Obituary
Abilene, TX
Louis Jay Tindall, 51, passed away April 28, 2015. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday at Abilene Funeral Home Chapel of Hope, 3349 N.12th Street. Burial will follow at Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery, directed by Abilene Funeral Home.
Jay was born February 21, 1964, in Abilene, Texas to Sam Houston and Jessie Lorain Sanders Tindall. Jay retired from the Taylor County Sheriff's Department after 15 years of service.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick Freeman of Asheville, NC and Levi Tindall and wife, Anastasia of Abilene; grandson, Jamison Freeman; mother Lorain and brothers, Jimmy Tindall and wife, Debbie, David Tindall and wife, Jamie, Sammie Tindall and wife Shelia, Gary Tindall and Ronnie Tindall and wife, Tina all of Abilene; and several nephews and nieces.
Jay was preceded in death by his father, Sam; one brother, Lee Etherage and one sister, Kathrine Tindall.
The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30th, 2015, at Northwest Church of Christ, 1141 N. Willis Street.
