Morris Wayne Hill
Abilene

Morris Wayne Hill, 55, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011, in a Colorado hospital. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Abilene Funeral Home Chapel of Hope, 3349 N. 12th Street, with Reverend Paul Matta officiating. Burial will follow in the Tye Cemetery, directed by Abilene Funeral Home. A visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Hill was born August 7, 1955, in Abilene, Texas, to Hulen and Christeen Hill. He was an employee of Ringo Drilling Company.
Survivors include three daughters, Toni Renee Hill of Norman, Oklahoma, Brandi Nichole Ethridge and husband, Justin and Kacey Bader, all of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Elaine Bean of Fort Worth and Sandra Hamrick of Abilene; seven grandchildren, Stormy Watkins, Dallas Watkins, Nevaeh Ethridge, Brooklyn Ethridge, Marissa Handlon, Sydney Handlon and Bladdin Hill; and a goddaughter, Mackenzie Crane.
Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his parents and a son Michael Hill.
Pallbearers will be David Bradshaw, Ricky Crane, John Tweety, David Gibson, Eddie Fowler and Dennis Crane.
