I worked with Shannon at the salon and for a short time she became my boss. Shannon was a very thoughtful and generous person. Always trying to make everything right and good for everyone else. I was so shocked to hear the news of her accident. Abygail, I remember you coming into Hair Prestige with your Mom. You are such a pretty girl. You would be in the break room entertaining yourself. You were Shannon's whole life and she always talked about you. I wish I could give you a big hug. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Shannon, I never got to meet you personally but you were one of the best dispatchers. Missed you when you moved to Billing. You are in my prayers, and in god's hands now. Peace be with you. Emmett A. DySart & family

Shannon lit up a room simply by walking into it. Her smile and laughter was one of the most contagious of anyone I have ever met in life. It was next to impossible to be around her and not smile. Its not the same without you Shannon. We miss and love you dearly.

I am so sorry your life was taken away so soon. I wish I could have known you better. I can see from pictures that you were full of life and silliness. I know from talks with family members that you were very loving. I will wait for the day when we can meet in heaven. Rest in the loving arms of Jesus. I'm sure you are awestruck by what you are experiencing now. See you there cousin!! ~Neesee

my sweet cousin - possibly one of the funniest people i know! we spent so many hours together growing up- we got spanked together, we watched our first scary movies together, we snuck out of the house together, we tasted moonshine together (ha! that was gross!) and we accepted Jesus and were baptized together, too! shannon put the spark in ordinary days. she had amazing hair...that as a child was never brushed. her smile could light the neighborhood....yet she was always trying to hide it! she had no idea how beautiful she was. but everyone around her did...inside and out, so beautiful.
ill miss you, sweet cousin. you left us all way too soon. but i trust that God has a plan for all this, and i know youre already sitting at Jesus' feet- lucky you! i love you ~

You have the most amazing spirit, Shannon. So funny and kind, all contained in a beautiful package. Your humor saved me many times from despair in high school. God has his hands full with you, just as our lives were full because of you.
