Stanley Baize Obituary
Denver, Co
Stanley Oliver Baize, 71, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. A memorial service with Dr. Ronald Box and Van Baize officiating will be held at the Oldham Lane Church of Christ, 5049 Oldham Lane, Abilene, Texas on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 1:30PM, with visitation following in the family room.
Stanley was born in Snyder, Texas, on March 1, 1946 to Bentley Oliver and Vera Appling Baize. He was a member of the Church of Christ and a 1964 graduate of Snyder High School. He married Teresa Reeves in 1968.
Stanley loved his family, especially his grandchildren putting them above everything else. They were his pride and joy. Stanley was a good and honest man with a heart of gold. He was funny, loving and supportive. There will be only one Stano and he will forever be remembered.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Bryan and Keith. He is survived by his wife Teresa, three sons, Peyton (Tiffany) of Ft. Worth, Bo (Leigh Ann) of Arvada, Colorado, and Justin (Melissa) of Ft. Worth and six grandchildren: Chandler, Bryce, Taylor, Sloan, Shane and Sadie. Stanley is also survived by his brother Lyndon of Austin, Texas, several nephews and nieces and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choice.

Stanley was a fun co-worker at GTECH. we had many happy and fun-filled events that we worked together for many years. The Stan and Dan duo - Stano and Dano! Unfortunately Dan is also gone as well as many of our other Gtech buddies. Stan spoke at Dan's memorial service. hard for me to believe Stano is now gone too! Thanks for the memories Stano!
