Abilene
Susan Kaye Witkowski of Abilene, Texas passed away on October 1, 2012.
Susan was born on June 9, 1944 in Toledo, Ohio to parents Lawrence and Helen Heslet. She married the love of her life, William Witkowski on January 4, 1965. William and Susan spent many years together traveling and living on various air bases while William was serving in the United States Air Force. Together they raised three beautiful daughters, Jennifer Lowe of Clyde, Natalie Witkowski of Abilene, and Kimberly Witkowski of Abilene. Susan enjoyed spending time with her family especially her granddaughter Sierra Lowe whom she loved very much and lovingly referred to her as her "papoose".
She is survived by her three daughters, Jennifer, Natalie and Kimberly; granddaughter, Sierra, son-in-law Tony Lowe; sister, Linda (Don) Kohli of Toledo, Ohio; brothers, Larry (Judy) and Steve (Valerie) Heslet of Toledo; special friends, Penny Larocco, Phillip and Rilee Mullins; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Witkowski; her parents, Lawrence and Helen Heslet; niece, Lori Heslet; and sister, Joyce Heslet.
Memorials may be made to Rescue the Animals SPCA, 5933 South 1st, Abilene, TX 79605.
A private memorial service will be held at her home at a later date.

Susdan was my cousin. My Dad's brothers daughter. I am in Toledo her home town. She was my Dad your Uncle Franks neice. Linda let me know about the passing of your Mom. I am sorry for your loss there are no real words to make it better. I hope you heal your broken heart with Gods grace.
