ROBERT EDWARD KRANZ Robert Edward Kranz, 75, Spring Hill, Kansas passed away Monday, June 17, 2024 at his home. Cremation with no service is planned. Condolences may be left at www.brucefuneralhome.com Robert was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 1, 1949 to Raymond I. and Jean Dorothy (Janis) Kranz. He graduated from Forest View High School. Robert owned and operated Pizza Man restaurant in Lenexa, Kansas. He loved to cook and be in the kitchen preparing food. Robert collected stamps and enjoyed fishing. He was a Veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Robert lived in Lenexa before moving to Spring Hill six years ago. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and brother Raymond Kranz. He is survived by his nephew David Kranz, Mt. Prospect, Illinois; niece Diane Leahy, Roselle, Illinois and sister-in-law Sally Kranz, Mt. Prospect, Illinois. Robert is also survived by his two great nephews, Raymond and Alex Schrager of Roselle, Illinois. Robert had many friends in Kansas and Illinois. He enjoyed life and made everyone happy. He had an ever present smile and a wonderful sense of humor. He loved talking to people and getting to know them. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
