from dave's home town of Ipswich, Ma.---Dave's family here was well -known to all as solid, proud, upstanding citizens who were a credit to their community. I am not surprised to read of his being an Eagle Scout as I was in the Scouts with him and we shared an outlook on life that focused on being among those who believed it was our primary goal in life to give as much as we could to our fellow man.
Far away from his place of origin he certainly fulfilled his mission in life among people who might only guess of the nature of the place he came from. His father would have been very proud of him as he was cut from the same cloth.
I did not know his mother who I am sure would have been as proud as his sister is, I am sure. God bless all of you who share his blood and progeny. George Vlahos, byfield, ma.

For Nancy and family,
We are all so sorry for your loss. So many fond memories when kids were growing up at Wright School. David lived a full and beautiful life.
With love from the Marvels in Texas

I worked with Dave at Defense Mapping Agency some time ago. He was great to work with and everyone respected and admired him!! My prayers are with his family as they go through this tough time. Take care and treasure the memories! God Bless!
