John Michael Drakulich

Reno - John Drakulich, born April 10, 1950 to Robert and Flora (Hacquet) Drakulich, passed away on March 15, 2021.

John was born in Ely, NV and attended McGill Grade School, Central Junior High, and graduated Reno High School in 1968.

He served three years as a Sea Bee in the United States Navy. Upon discharge he worked several jobs over the years, finally retiring from the Veteran's Administration in 2015.

john was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Bob; his nephews, Mark (Lisa) Drakulich and Luke (Janet) Drakulich.

His final request was that there will be no funeral service or celebration of life.

Darn it John, Pat and I were surprised to see you here although we will all join you at some time. I worked at the VA hospital too, but I guess we just missed each other. They said you stopped by once in awhile and I wish I could have seen you again. After Pat and I got together again I ran into you at Thomas & Betts. We had some great parties and it seemed like we were back at Reno High again. Lol! You will be sorely missed by those you were spending time with and, of course, at the hospital. RIP to one of our favorite friends and classmates.
