Joseph Morgan Obituary
Joseph Phillip "J.P." Morgan passed away on April 12, 2014. He was born in Richmond, California on August 17, 1944 and moved to Reno in 1971. J.P. was a former Marine, and worked as a master plumber for over 40 years. He also was a past reserve deputy sheriff, a volunteer firefighter and an EMT.
J.P. was preceded in death by his parents, and his children, Kim and Jim Morgan. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Kandy Morgan. We wish to thank Dr. Don Park and his entire staff at Renown Oncology and Hematology, as well as the staff of the Renown Infusion Center for their loving and compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers please donate in J.P.'s name to the S.P.C.A. of Northern Nevada, 4950 Spectrum Blvd., Reno, NV 89506. A memorial service will be held at Walton's Sierra Chapel, 875 West Second St., Reno, on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11:00 am.
