Nathan Lucas Obituary
Nathan Patric Quinto Lucas became one of God's angel's on July 8, 2014. He was born on September 23, 1995. He is survived by his parents, Pat and Laine Lucas, and grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
As part of his journey through his illness, Nathan was actively working on a documentary aimed at helping children and their families understand and cope with the disease, ALPS (Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome).
The family would like to thank all who were involved in his care.
There will be a celebration of his life on July 26th, Little Flower Church in Reno, NV at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers please make donations to gofundme.com/bt229g in pursuit of Nathan's dreams of ALPS awareness.

Nay, I miss you so much... I find myself thinking about you more and more with each passing day. I wish we had the chance to make more memories than we did. Though the ones I cherish the most are those of us when we were younger, when everything was perfect. Living across from you was so much fun, playing outside almost every chance we got, learning how to ride skateboards, playing with those tech decks, making gnarly tracks with your hot wheels in your room...and so much more. Those were the best times.
Though we didn't always see eye to eye, I loved you so incredibly much.. I hope you know that.
I hope you hear me when I talk to you, I do it quit a bit...
Watch over us Nay, like you always did.

My mourning for you has been somewhat private--I've steered clear of posting much on social media. You know me, usually I'm all about posting statuses and giving down-to-the-minute updates on my life... But your passing, of course, has affected me much greater. No Facebook update or Instagram picture can represent the way I feel. In no way am I downplaying or disrespecting our family or friends who make these updates; I feel that for you, I need to do things differently this time. You would always make fun of the things I post, Nathan, so I will share this heartbreak with no one else but you.
