Glenda Bishop Miller, 82, of Dayton Tennessee, went home to be with her Lord Jesus on Thursday, October 31, 2024. She was born July 4, 1942 in Dayton, TN the daughter of the late Edmond and Eula (Clark) Bishop. Glenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Bogles Chapel Baptist Church and a Tennessee Vols football and Atlanta Braves Fan.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Edmond and Eula Bishop and brother; Larry Bishop.
Glenda leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband of 62 years; Walter (Jap) Miller, children; Darlene (Matt) McClure, Sherri (Lynn) Pugh, Steve (Rebecca) Miller, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sister; Wanda (Bobby) Sneed and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Service was held Monday, November 4, 2024 at 1PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Revis officiating.
The family received friends on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 2-5 PM and on Monday from noon until the start of the service.
Interment took place at Smith Wilkey cemetery.
