Lula "Lue" Clark, age 88, of Dunlap, Tennessee, passed away on January 28, 2025, at the NHC Health Care. She was born in Dayton, Tennessee on September 3, 1936, to James and Maggie Nichols. She attended the Cove Chapel Church of God.
Lue was known for her vibrant personality and her love of life. She enjoyed spending time in her garden, walking outdoors, and exploring yard sales. Lue was a big cut-up who knew how to make others smile, and she loved to have fun with family and friends.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles D. Clark, and several brothers and sisters. Lue is survived by her brother, Kenneth Nichols; two sisters, Wilma Coulter and Dorothy Coulter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Kerns officiating. The family received friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Burial followed at Cove Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all who have offered love and support during this difficult time.
