Beverly Merrill Obituary
Beverly A. (Leigh) Merrill, Age 92 of Pensacola, FL passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. She was the wife of Donald C. Merrill for 73 years.
Bev grew up in East Greenwich, RI. She worked various jobs in her early years and retired as an L.P.N. (Licensed Practical Nurse) at
Kent Hospital.
She was the daughter of Arthur and Helen (McCormick) Leigh. She is survived by her three children, Donald Merrill and his wife Susan of Warwick, RI, Sandy West and her husband Robert of Gulf Breeze, FL., and Karen Merrill of Warwick, RI. Her grandchildren Tracy Merrill, Robert West, Jeremy West, Leah Hagist, Thomas Hagist and Sean Harris and six great grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Colin West.
She was sister to Dorothy Higgins and Robert Leigh and also the late Arthur Leigh and Jack Leigh.
Family will hold a private memorial in Florida. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly.
