Leo Verrier Obituary
Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Leondor and Beatrice (Gadoury) Verrier.
A great husband, father, brother and grandfather, Leo was an Army veteran during the Vietnam era and was a Service Manager for 37 years at Knights Nissan in West Warwick before retiring in 2007. He enjoyed cars, and NASCAR, but most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Steven P. Verrier and his wife Jean of Coventry; a brother, Paul Verrier of Venice, FL; a sister, Jeannette Hajec of Coventry and two grandchildren, Steven M. and Ashley J. Verrier.
His Funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 am from the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in SS. John & Paul Church, 341 South Main St., Coventry. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Sunday 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904 would be appreciated. iannottifh.com
