Susan Greene Obituary

EAST GREENWICH, RI- Susan A. Greene, 80, formerly of E. Greenwich, passed away into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at Hattie Ide Chaffee Nursing Home in East Providence on October 4, 2025, after a lengthy illness. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Frances (DuPont) Greene.

Susan was an elementary school teacher in the N. Kingstown School District for many years.

She is survived by her sister, Kathy Tescher of San Francisco, CA, her niece, Erica Tescher and nephew, Andrew Tescher of Sacramento, CA. Susan is the great Aunt of Bridget Tescher-Grace, Moira Tescher, Trey Tescher-Brunet, Harrison Tescher and the great great Aunt of Gwendolyn Katherine Grace.

Her funeral and burial will be private. Donations in her memory may be made to Hope Health, 1085 N. Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 www.hopehealthco.org .
