On the day of Jeremy´s birth, he was the first to honor me with the title of Uncle. During his infant years in Lafayette when I was attending grad school, Jeremy was constantly reminding me that I had more important lessons to learn than just school work. He thrilled us all as he excelled in nearly every sport he played. He was the first to greet Carrie and I as husband and wife when we exited the church on our wedding day. Time and distance have separated us physically during Jeremy´s adult years, but he has never been far from our hearts. Jeremy´s life has been a blessing to our lives. Say hi to Bubba for us, beloved Jeremy. We will all be reunited when the appointed time comes. Love Always.

On the day of Jeremy´s birth, he was the first to honor me with the title of Uncle.
During his early years in Lafayette, IN, when I was attending graduate school, Jeremy was always reminding me that I had much more to learn than just school work.
I was delighted when Jeremy moved to Ridgway, PA as a young lad, as he excelled in nearly every sport.
He and his sister Erin were the first to greet Carrie and I as husband and wife as we exited the church on our wedding day.
Jeremy was the elder leader of all the cousins at family gatherings during his growing up years.
Time and distance have separated us physically during Jeremy´s adult years, but he has never been far from our hearts. Jeremy´s life has been a blessing to our lives. Say hi to Bubba for us, beloved Jeremy. We will all be reunited when the appointed time comes.
Love, Uncle Chip and Aunt Carrie

Dave, Tammi and girls, I´m heartbroken to hear this news. I hope you find peace. To my friend, Jeremy we had many good times, on and off the baseball diamond. You were one of the best. Memories are still very fresh in my mind today. I miss those times and wish we had one more chance to reminisce. I´ll miss you bud. I hope you enjoy the view from the "cheap seats". Rest in peace J-Rock!
