Louis 'Cowboy' Goldberg

Louis "Cowboy" Goldberg, 67, of Rockwood, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at his home with his loving wife and family by his side.
He was born May 5, 1951, in Oakdale and has been a resident of Roane County for most of his life. He was of the Baptist faith. Cowboy retired from Worsham Sprinkler/Virginia Sprinkler Company with over 45 years of dedication as a sprinkler fitter in fire protection. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved his livestock and farm animals, especially horses. He was preceded in death by his father, Givens Goldberg: mother, Opal Lemons; brothers, Charles Duggen Goldberg and James and Ellis Goldberg; and father-in-law, Lawrence Pap Cunningham.
Survivors include loving wife of 27 years, Terry Goldberg, Rockwood; children, Donna Goldberg and Janet Chambers and husband Louis, McCaysville, Ga., Michael Bradshaw and wife Michelle, Atlanta, David Bradshaw, Rockwood, and Brandon Loy of Harriman; grandchildren, Adam White, Cole and Coy Jay Chambers, Tori Arnold and husband Sean and Nicholas Bradshaw & Hope Steinmetz; brothers, Freddie Goldberg and wife Bobby, Harriman, and Gary Goldberg, Westel; sisters, Darlene Shirley and husband Johnny, Westel, and Susan (Eulene) Tilley, Rockwood; special niece, Kylee (Kinklebob) Ryans, Rockwood; mother-in-law, Loretta "Maw" Cunningham, Rockwood; brother-in-law, Larry Cunningham and wife Vera, Rockwood; sister-in-law, Sandi Riggs and husband Kevin, Rockwood; longtime family friend and primary care provider, Linda Cole, FNP of Rockwood; special friends, Ray "Junior" Williams Jr., Harriman, Johnny Shirley, Westel, Mike Puckett, Spring City, Tommy Strange, Charlotte, N.C., George Goolsby, Harriman, and Frank Austin and Donnie Waldo, Rockwood; and a host of extended family, co-workers and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at Fraker Funeral Home, Kingston, with funeral service following at 4 p.m. in the chapel with the Rev. Charles Kelly officiating.
