Steven Trousdale Obituary

Steven G. Trousdale

Steven Gregory Trousdale, 62, of Florence, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at his residence.

Visitation will be Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Frank Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.

Mr. Trousdale was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Luther Trousdale, stepfather, Earl Goad, mother, Colleen Trousdale Goad, and brothers, Johnny Glenn and Jeffrey Luther Trousdale.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Trousdale; sons, Steven Matthew Trousdale, of Arkansas, and Shawn Adam Trousdale (Monica), of Georgia; daughter, Stephanie Houston (Shane Darby), of Florence; brothers, Thomas Lance "Lane" Trousdale (Linda Kay), Clarence Wayne Trousdale (Sandra), and Bill Trousdale (Joyce); sisters, Linda Pollock (Sonny) and Cindy Lawson; grandchildren, Courtney Silvers, Cristina Silvers, Matthew, Makensey, Makale, and Chandler Trousdale, Elijah Evans, Cassandra Houston, and Logan and Lukus Trousdale.

Active pallbearers will be Matt Trousdale, Shawn Trousdale, Daniel Southerland, Mike Pollard, Wayne Trousdale, and Lane Trousdale.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Pollock and Danny Case.
