Annabelle Lee Staples

March 10, 1933 - October 4, 2025

Annabelle Lee Staples, 92, of Roanoke, Va., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

She was born March 10, 1933, to the late Herman and Lura Lee. She was also preceded in death by her loving husband, David "Buck" Staples; her sister; and numerous brothers.

Belle is survived by her son, David Staples; her grandsons, Michael Staples and Drake Asberry; and her great-grandson, Emery Staples.

A special thanks to Patty Dietrich, Laura Mason and Butch, and Mary Staples for loving care and assistance.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at Oakey's North Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Oakey's North Chapel with the Rev. Don Eshelman officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
