As a member of Crowells Chapel Lutheran Church in Shelbyville, Tennessee, I want to offer prayers for the family of Pastor Paul Huddle. He was a special man and was loved by the Crowells Chapel congregation. He had a large group of youth, studying the Caticisum and my daughter Nicole Campbell was one of the groupe. We also had a church softball team that was thankful for the prayers and support he offered. He was probably the most highly qualified Lutheran Minister I ever met. He will not be forgotten.

My family attended the Lutheran church that Pastor Huddle led in Frankfurt, Germany. I remember cold Sunday mornings in the church! I was confirmed by him at the Lutheran church in Worms. (That´s me in the middle.) My mother did volunteer secretarial work for him in Frankfurt - Dorothy Anthony. When my mother died last year, I found her shorthand notes from some of his dictation! This led me to google Pastor Huddle and I was astounded to see he was still alive. And with lung cancer in the 1980´s?! I´m sad to see he´s gone now but he lived a wonderful long life. My mother died of cancer too young (85, but her genes are long living ones like yours!). She would have been thrilled to know he had such a long life. All my best to you all, with much sympathy, Vicki.
