Bobbie Flanigan Obituary

Mrs. Bobbie L. Flanigan, 80, of Fayetteville, N.C., passed away Friday, August 28, 2009, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Horace Flanigan Jr., of the home; daughter, Patricia Flanigan Alderman and husband, Gerry, of Richmond, Va., and Pamela S. Flanigan, of Fayetteville. Funeral services 2 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2009, at JerniganWarren Chapel. Burial will follow 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2009, in Evergreen Burial Park, Roanoke, Va. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2009, at JerniganWarren Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 3101 Raeford Rd., Fayetteville, N.C. 28303.

Horace and Family,

I am very sorry to hear about Bobbie. My parents were especially proud to be friends of you all. I remember you guys coming to our house on Elbert Drive in the sixties. Great memories.
