Charles Cameron Price

Charles Cameron Price, 80, of Blacksburg, died Friday, July 10, 2009, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. He was born in Montgomery County, Va., on May 8, 1929. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eva and J. O. "Dude" Shelor. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, as well as a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge in Blacksburg. Mr. Price was a Quality Control Inspector for many companies including NASA and Bechtel Corporation. He is survived by his wife, Mary F. Price, of Blacksburg, Va.; four sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Charlene Price, of Dothan, Ala., Randall and Annette Price, of Blacksburg, Va., Wayne and Debra Price, of Roanoke, Va., Geoff and Dawn Price, of Suffolk, Va.; ten grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren. Memorial services will be conducted Monday, July 13, 2009, at 1 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Kendall officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. prior to the service and immediately following the service at Randall's home.
