Dear Terry and David,
We are so sorry to hear of your big loss. Bill played a major role in our lives. He was more than an educator; he was an advisor, mentor, friend and a colleague. We will always remember his kind presence and his laughter. We would like to express our deepest condolences.

Grandpa Smith, Oh how I'm going to miss your smiling face and laugh or the hazelnut coffee you use to brew. My time working for you in ESM was a great joy and I'm going to miss you.
