We just found out today that David had passed on. We thought the world of David. We are so sorry for your loss. I (Sandy) cut Davids hair for many years. He was a good friend. And was a strong person and a fighter to stay well. I wish I could be that strong. But he is at peace now and no more suffering. Dale and Sandy Graham

I will forever miss my true friend. He was always there for me. I only wish I could have done more for him. My heart goes out to Pam, Penny, Phoebe and Perry. You all were very special to him. You will never know how proud he was of you all. Keep him alive in your hearts.
